Gang Action Plan

Mr. Gord Mackintosh (St. Johns): Madam Speaker, I beg to present the petition of Mohamed Alli, Sayid Alli, Norman Dell and others praying that the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba urge the Minister of Justice (Mr. Toews) to consider using this action plan, an 18-point plan to deal with gang crime as a basis for provincial policy on organized criminal gangs.

Mobile Screening Unit for Mammograms

Ms. Becky Barrett (Wellington): Madam Speaker, I beg to present the petition of Sandra Brading, Sharon Cocks, Lucille Bell and others requesting that the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba request the Minister of Health (Mr. Praznik) to consider immediately establishing a mobile screening unit for mammograms to help women across the province detect breast cancer at the earliest possible opportunity.

Mr. Stan Struthers (Dauphin): I beg to present the petition of Virginia Jamieson, Ken McCartney, Betty Findlay and others requesting that the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba request the Minister of Health to consider immediately establishing a mobile screening unit for mammograms to help women across the province detect breast cancer at the earliest possible opportunity.

Ms. Rosann Wowchuk (Swan River): I beg to present the petition of Ellen Pass, Kay Dee Graham, Kandice Sedgwick and others requesting that the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba request the Minister of Health to consider immediately establishing a mobile screening unit for mammograms to help women across the province detect breast cancer at the earliest possible opportunity.
